These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mib8 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your use of all services, features, content and functions provided through the mib8.pro website and the official mib8 mobile app.

Use of the mib8 platform for any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action in addition to account closure:

• Activity suspected to be related to fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member personally
• At the request of regulatory authorities or law enforcement
